CONSUMER TERMS OF SALE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
1. Format of the Contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Jaboo Ltd via www.jaboo.co.uk.
The website is governed by the following terms and conditions; they do not affect your statutory rights.
Any order placed is an offer to purchase the goods. No contract with Jaboo Ltd exists until an order has been received and accepted. An email notification will be sent upon receiving an order, however, this is not conformation that the order had been accepted. Jaboo Ltd may accept or decline received orders at its discretion.
Any order may be cancelled until the goods have been delivered.
Jaboo Ltd will terminate the contract if cleared funds are not received before or upon delivery.
Jaboo Ltd may change these terms of sale without notice in relation to future sales.
2. Description and price of the goods
Jaboo Ltd has taken great care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. If further information is required, please contact our Customer Services team on: email@example.com.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices and stock levels shown on jaboo.co.uk are accurate at the time of placing the order. However, if an error occurs and an item has been incorrectly priced or is out of stock, Jaboo Ltd will contact the purchaser and offer the following options:
- cancelling the order
- amending the order to resolve the problem
If any problems with an order have not been resolved within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled. If any payment has been made it will be re-funded. The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will depend upon the chosen delivery method and delivery location.

Payment can be made by any of the options available at Jaboo.co.uk. If payment fails the order will be cancelled.
If Paypal is used to pay for an order, Jaboo Ltd reserves the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during ordering.
If a change of delivery address is required after goods have been dispatched, the order with incur an additional £10 redirection charge (redirection approval is subject to the order and account status).
If delivery cannot be made to an address for security reasons the purchaser will be informed as soon as practically possible.
If delivery is refused or a contract is cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, all items must be returned to Jaboo Ltd and a refund will be issued within 30 working days for any payment which has been made. Jaboo Ltd reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred during retrieval of the goods.
Jaboo Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event, Jaboo Ltd will inform the purchaser of any delay as soon as practically possible.
Upon receipt of an order, a signature may be required to confirm delivery.
Ownership of an item will not pass to the purchaser until until it has been delivered. When an item is delivered the risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to the purchaser.
6. Free Beers and Fruit Beers Promotion
The offer applies to all Jaboo packs.
Each person sharing the pack is entitled to one free beer or fruit beer.
Each person sharing the pack must collect their free beer or fruit beer personally, it cannot be collected by another member of the group.
The maximum number of free beers and/or fruit beers to be given to a group is 9 per pack ordered.
The free beers and fruit beers are legally the property of the purchaser of the pack.
