Xingu Black

Amazonian Indian recipe

While researching the origins of world beers, Alan Eames discovered records from 1557 describing a mysterious “black beer” brewed deep in the Brazillian rainforests by amazonian indians.

Alan embarked upon an expedition to the amazon in search of the lost beer… and found what he was looking for...

Made in Brazil and pronounced “shin-goo”, this beer has won Gold Medals for its unique taste.

Notes:
Dark, syrupy and malty mollases with a hint of caramel... it tastes of cola! 355ml, 4.6%.
